We've spent years helping brides find the perfect ring. Now, through our sister brand, we're stepping into the world of bridal gowns, and we're looking for the right person to help us build it. This is a new chapter, but it's backed by an established name in the bridal industry. If you've ever wanted to be part of something from the ground up, with the support of a brand that already understands what brides care about, this is that opportunity.
What you'll do
Guide brides through consultations and fittings, recommending gowns based on body shape, personal style, and wedding vision. You'll advise on the full look — silhouette, veils, accessories — and build genuine relationships with each client from first appointment through to booking. Day-to-day, you'll manage your own appointment flow (WhatsApp, CRM), keep the showroom in excellent condition, and collaborate with the team on packaging and cross-brand touch points.
What we're looking for
Someone with minimal 2 years experience in bridal studios, who can front the business with a strong eye for style and a warm, empathetic way with people. A confident communicator who can put a nervous bride at ease, organised enough to juggle multiple appointments, and motivated by both the relationship and the result. Prior experience is a must.
Working hours
5-day work week, Monday - Friday only, in a retail environment.

Brides leave every appointment feeling confident and cared for. You're converting consultations into bookings, generating referrals through genuine relationships, and keeping the showroom show-ready at all times.
