About the role

Asianskin Aesthetics' is seeking a talented and driven Beautician/Consultant/Branch Manager to join our team in the Paya Lebar/Novena/Jurong outlet. Branch Manager to oversee outlet operations, enhance sales performance, and ensure outstanding client service while leading a high-performing team.

What you'll be doing

Deliver professional skincare consultations and recommend customized treatments and packages

Build lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat visits and loyalty

Lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve and exceed sales targets

Monitor team performance and provide guidance to enhance service standards

Manage customer enquiries and support closing of sales opportunities

Ensure smooth day-to-day outlet operations and a positive customer experience

What we're looking for

2–3 years of experience in beauty or aesthetic sales

Strong consultation and upselling skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Results-driven, customer-focused, and proactive attitude
