OZ Aesthetic Medspa is part of the Ozhean Medical Group — led by Group Medical Director and Korean board-certified dermatologist, Dr Park Ji Youn. We are Singapore's K-Beauty medspa at TripleOne Somerset, known for our signature Korean-designed protocols spanning skin rejuvenation, body contouring, hair restoration, and collagen-focused treatments.

We are looking for an experienced, sales-driven Aesthetic Therapist to join and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver signature medspa treatments including HiPL, Baby HIFU, RF, fat freezing, body contouring, and hair exosome therapy

Perform AI-powered skin analysis and guide patients through personalised treatment plans

Prepare patients for procedures: cleansing, numbing cream application, consent documentation, and medication assistance

Provide thorough pre- and post-treatment care advice to drive results and retention

Assist doctors and senior therapists during aesthetic procedures

Drive sales consultations, package recommendations, and customer retention through genuine relationship-building

Maintain treatment room standards, hygiene protocols, and equipment care

Represent the OZ Aesthetic brand with professionalism, warmth, and Korean-inspired hospitality

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in an aesthetic clinic, medspa, or beauty centre

Proven sales track record in the aesthetics or beauty industry

Familiarity with energy-based devices (IPL, HIFU, RF, ultrasound) and/or slimming treatments preferred

Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset

Sales-driven and results-oriented — comfortable recommending treatments and closing packages

Professional presentation and communication in English (Mandarin a bonus)

Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Pre-U / A-Level / Diploma or equivalent
