We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista / Bartender.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Beverage Crafting: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including espresso-based drinks (Latte Art proficiency is a plus), manual brews, cocktails, and mocktails, adhering to company recipes and quality standards.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, take orders accurately, handle cash and POS transactions, and actively engage with customers to enhance their experience.

Inventory & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, machines, tools, and glassware. Assist with stock counting and ensure proper handling of ingredients (coffee beans, syrups, liquor, etc.).

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure fast and synchronized service flow.

Knowledge: Maintain updated knowledge of menu items, seasonal drinks, and brewing/mixing techniques.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as a Barista, Bartender, or All-Rounder for a minimum of 1 year is a plus.

Expertise in espresso extraction and milk frothing (required for Barista role).

Familiarity with standard cocktail mixing techniques and liquor knowledge (required for Bartender role).

Excellent communication skills, energetic personality, and a customer-first attitude.

Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
