We're looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our growing Bali Beans family. If you love specialty coffee and enjoy sharing great brews with great people, we’d love to meet you.
Location: Bali Beans Coffee – Umalas
Key Responsibilities
- English is a must.
- Prepare high-quality espresso and filter coffee using various brew methods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment
- Engage warmly with customers and share the Bali Beans story
- Support daily operations including inventory, restocking, and basic POS handling
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of every cup served
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year barista experience
- Skilled in both espresso-based drinks and manual brew methods (e.g. V60, French Press, AeroPress)
- Good English communication skills
- Friendly, reliable, and passionate about coffee
- Able to work flexible hours and in a fast-paced environment
