Qualifications

Based in Bali (near our facility at Tanah Lot is a plus)

Minimum SMA/SMK; experience in F&B, bar, or café operations is a plus

Good communication and customer service skills

Able to operate basic café/bar equipment (coffee machine, POS, serving tools)

Friendly, energetic, and well-presented

Able to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours

Fast learner, teamwork-oriented, and disciplined

Basic knowledge of food safety & hygiene is preferred

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Availability to move around the facilities and relocate to other facilities

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve clients’ order

Deliver excellent service to customers: taking orders, serving, and responding to requests

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of café area, bar station, tables & chairs

Handle cashiering, POS operation, and daily sales reconciliation

Manage stock of ingredients, utensils, and café supplies

Ensure opening and closing procedures of the café run efficiently

Ensure customer satisfaction and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere

Follow company SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards
