Bar Manager

Job Responsibilities (Job Desk):

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest experience.

Manage bar inventory, order supplies, and control costs effectively.

Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to maintain high standards.

Develop drink menus and ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation.

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Report sales, expenses, and performance results to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a supervisory role in F&B.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Knowledge of cocktails, mixology, and beverage trends.

Ability to manage budgets, stock, and staff scheduling.

Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills.

Flexible, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Salary & Benefits:

Probation Period: IDR 3,500,000/month.

After Probation: Basic salary ranging from IDR 5,000,000 – 8,000,000/month (based on skills and performance).
