Locavore Ubud are looking for friendly, energetic, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
Ensure excellent guest service and maintain hospitality standards.
Supervise and support restaurant staff during operational hours.
Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
Assist in staff scheduling, briefing, and training.
Monitor cleanliness, service quality, and restaurant presentation.
Support inventory control and operational reporting.
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years experience in restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving and team management abilities.
Familiar with restaurant operational standards and customer service.
Able to operate Microsoft Office and POS system.
Requirements
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Flexible working hours including weekends and public holidays.
Fluent in English both spoken and written is preferred.
