About the role
Join a well-established F&B group and play a key role in leading daily restaurant operations, driving service excellence and motivating the team to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
Key responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Lead, motivate and manage kitchen and service staff
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety and customer service
Drive sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets
Handle manpower planning, scheduling and labour cost control
Manage inventory, minimise wastage and monitor operational costs
Handle customer feedback, service recovery and operational issues
Conduct staff training, coaching and performance management
Work closely with internal departments on promotions and operational initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
About you
Diploma in any discipline or relevant F&B qualification
Minimum 5 years of restaurant, club or hotel experience
At least 3 years of experience supervising kitchen and service staff
Experience in established fast food restaurants preferred
Strong leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills
Good planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
