Responsibilities & Requirements:
The ideal candidate is meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess a valid Company Secretary licence (SAICSA/CGI Singapore).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a company secretarial firm.
Hands-on experience in BizFiling for ACRA submissions and lodgements.
Handle all aspects of corporate secretarial work for a portfolio of international clients independently including but not limited to new company incorporations, strike-offs, share transfers and other related corporate secretarial work.
Filing with ACRA and other statutory bodies and maintain statutory records on all matters related to incorporation, annual compliance, and ad-hoc change requests for clients.
Handle and manage offshore clients
Strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act 1967, and secretarial best practices.
Liaise with and advise clients on company compliance matters, license application with various government agencies.
Responsible for the effective performance of the Corporate Services Function and maintaining high standard of service delivery to our clients.
Able to create and implement company secretarial SOPs.
Excellent command of English and the ability to communicate and liaise with our Chinese clients is an added advantage.
Possess a Corporate Secretarial Diploma or Specialist Diploma focusing on legal compliance, governance and administration under the Companies Act.
Strong organization, communication and planning skills with a positive attitude.
Able to multitask, meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
Able to start work immediately is a strong advantage.
Keep abreast of the latest regulatory changes and update clients when necessary.
