What you'll be doing?
Recruitment & Onboarding — Facilitate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling and welcoming new team members through a smooth onboarding experience.
Employee Records Management — Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Payroll Support — Assist in payroll processing, contributing to the timely and accurate compensation of all team members.
HR Policy Development — Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Compliance — Ensure the organisation remains aligned with labour laws and internal company policies, helping to protect both the business and its people.
Insurance Management — Manage employee insurance renewals, handle claims efficiently, and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers.
Events & Travel Coordination — Coordinate meetings, business travel arrangements and company events to support seamless day-to-day operations.
Office Administration — Oversee daily office operations, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently for everyone in the team.
Facilities & Assets — Manage office supplies, equipment and service contracts, while keeping records of company assets and ensuring a clean and functional work environment.
Administrative Systems — Assist in developing and implementing administrative systems and procedures that improve operational efficiency.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration — Work closely and communicate effectively with other departments and regional offices to support a cohesive organisational environment.
Who are they looking for?
Educational Background — A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification provides a strong foundation for this role.
Work Experience — Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR and administration at an assistant manager or senior executive level, with hands-on exposure to recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, payroll support and HR documentation, as well as a strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
Leadership Qualities — With leadership experience that demonstrating decisiveness, strategic thinking, strong communication and team-building capabilities.
HR Knowledge — A solid understanding of HR policies, labour laws and standard HR practices is important to succeed in this role.
Interpersonal & Problem-Solving Skills — Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset will be highly valued.
Time Management — The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is key.
Professionalism & Integrity — A high level of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism is essential, particularly when handling sensitive employee information.
Flexibility to Travel — A willingness to travel on occasional business trips is required to support the broader needs of the organisation.
Short Notice — Candidate who can join within short notice is preferred.

Working Hours: Mon to Thurs, 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm
Location: 55 Ayer Rajah Cres, Singapore 139949 (Kent Ridge or Buona Vista MRT)
Salary: $4000 - $5000
AWS and Performance Bonus are provided
