Key Responsibilities
Lead the sourcing, screening, and execution of domestic and overseas asset investment and M&A projects, identifying high-quality investment opportunities aligned with the Company’s strategic objectives;
Lead or actively participate in the full investment lifecycle, including industry research, feasibility studies, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment proposal preparation;
Coordinate and drive due diligence, commercial negotiations, transaction documentation, and deal closing processes, ensuring efficient project execution through effective internal and external stakeholder management;
Liaise with and manage external professional advisors, including investment banks, law firms, accounting firms, and valuation agencies, to ensure compliance and smooth transaction execution;
Participate in post-investment management and asset performance monitoring to support asset value enhancement and investment return optimization;
Support the Company’s investment strategy development, industry research, and sector-focused investment initiatives, providing analytical support for management decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Investment, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
Minimum 5 years of experience in investment, mergers and acquisitions, asset management, or related fields;
Proven hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of domestic and/or cross-border investment or M&A projects, including project sourcing, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and transaction closing;
Strong understanding of investment analysis methodologies and financial modeling, with solid commercial acumen and risk assessment capabilities;
Strong project management, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills;
High level of professional integrity, compliance awareness, and teamwork spirit.
Preferred Qualifications
Practical experience in domestic and overseas asset investment and M&A projects, with end-to-end involvement or leadership in multiple transactions;
Experience in sizeable investment or acquisition projects, with familiarity in transaction structuring and execution;
Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, infrastructure, industrial parks, or supply chain-related industries is preferred.
