Azure International Bali Villas sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Penuh waktu Area Operations Supervisor di Tibubeneng, Bali. Lamar sekarang untuk menjadi bagian dari tim kami.

• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per bulan

Key Responsibilities-

-Plan daily operations by reviewing check-ins, check-outs, and guest complaints, and assigning tasks to housekeeping and maintenance teams.

-Inspect villas randomly and before guest arrivals to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness.

-Enhance guest experience by greeting guests during check-in or coordinating courtesy visits and ensuring prompt complaint resolution.

-Handle guest reviews, complaints, and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution.

-Support team development by identifying training needs and reporting operational updates to management.

Requirements

- 3-year experience in Hospitality

- English Speaking is a must

- Decision Making Abilities & Capable of Leading a team

- Great willingness to learn

- Computer Literate

- Living in Bali

- Able to work under pressure

- Good Motivational Skills

- Ready to work in a team

- Must take responsibility
