Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision

Monitor day-to-day architectural works (finishes, facades, partitions, ceilings, etc.)

Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications

Check workmanship and materials used on-site

2. Quality Control

Inspect ongoing and completed works to ensure quality standards are met

Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken

Conduct snagging and de-snagging inspections

3. Coordination

Coordinate with:

Architects and design consultants

Structural and MEP teams

Contractors and subcontractors

Resolve site-related design and execution issues

4. Drawing & Documentation Review

Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and method statements

Ensure latest revisions are implemented on-site

Maintain proper documentation and reports

5. Progress Monitoring

Track work progress against project schedule

Report delays or issues affecting timelines

Assist in planning and sequencing of works

6. Health & Safety Compliance

Ensure works comply with safety regulations and site policies

Coordinate with safety officers to maintain safe working conditions

 Requirements

Relevant Degree / Diploma in Architecture or its equivalent

At least 6 years of experience in end to end project management

Understand the specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of works

Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies
