Job Requirements:

·       Any Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent

·       Must have minimum 3-10 years of experience in Talent Management and Recruitment

·       Must have experience in Campus hiring, Onboarding/Offboarding, and Career fair engagement activities

·       Must have experience in Customer management, Vendor and Stakeholder management

·       Must have experience in Learning & Training programs coordination

·       Must have knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and local HR practices to ensure compliant recruitment and program delivery

·       Good to have any related certifications

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills
