1. Track industry trends, technological iterations and competitive landscape across the AI industrial chain (computing power, models, applications, Agents); deliver sector research and judgments, build target company libraries, and identify investment opportunities.

2. Conduct independent research and due diligence on AI enterprises, evaluate technical barriers, product implementation, commercialization capabilities and competitive advantages, and distinguish genuine value from market hype.

3. Perform valuation modeling and risk-return analysis, independently draft due diligence reports, investment proposals and other research documents to support investment decisions.

4. Leverage AI tools, Python and data analysis to improve research efficiency, and iterate industrial research methodologies and analytical templates.

5. Liaise with project parties and FAs, participate in the full investment cycle, and monitor post-investment operational progress and potential risks.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. STEM background or dual background in engineering & finance is preferred; elite university background is a plus.

2. Experience: Prior experience in AI/tech industry research, VC/PE or secondary market investment research is preferred. Exceptional fresh graduates with relevant internships or research publications are acceptable.

3. Core Competencies: Solid understanding of AI technologies and industrial commercialization; proficient in industry research and valuation modeling; skilled in Excel, Python and AI research tools with strong independent analysis and logical output capabilities.

4. Personal Traits: Logical thinking, fast learning ability, high stress tolerance, independent judgment and sharp business insight.
