POSITION OVERVIEW BPC Law Firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Staff to join our team in Jakarta. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the firm, managing day-to-day office functions with precision and professionalism. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who is capable of multitasking in a fast-paced legal environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the firm's day-to-day excellence. Your role will include: ● Practice Support & Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations and workflow to maintain a high-functioning legal environment. ● Document & Records Excellence: Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems; draft and proofread legal correspondence, memos, and sensitive documents with precision. ● Strategic Coordination: Act as a primary liaison for scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and coordinating logistics with clients, courts, and government agencies. ● Logistics & Procurement: Oversee office inventory and equipment procurement, while managing travel arrangements and logistics for firm personnel. ● Front-of-House Representation: Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, and visitors) with a professional demeanor, serving as the professional face of the firm. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS ● Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field from a reputable university. High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) is acceptable if the candidate possesses 3–5 years of relevant administrative experience. ● Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in administrative or secretarial roles. Prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred. ● Linguistic Proficiency: Mandatory bilingual proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken). ● Technical Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). ● Competencies: Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES ● Experience with legal document management or case management software. ● Familiarity with Indonesian court procedures and legal terminology. ● Professional certification in office administration or secretarial studies.
