Job Summary
The Administration Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient office operations. This role involves collaborating with various departments, handling customer follow-ups, and maintaining high accuracy in tasks.

Experience & Qualifications
Required High school diploma or equivalent, Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly Preferred.
2+ years of experience in administrative support.
Experience in financial accounting and customer support operations.
Strong administrative support skills combined with analytical thinking and effective communication, with experience in managing customer follow-ups and support operations.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial accounting tasks, including invoice preparation, along with strong multitasking and outstanding organizational abilities.
Demonstrates professional collaboration, excellent etiquette, and strong relationship-building skills while efficiently managing schedules and priorities.
Preferred: Certified Administrative Professional (CAP).
Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.
