Position: Administrative Assistant (with Customer Service Role)
Location: Mandai Estate (Near Kranji MRT)
Short Working Hours: 5 days work week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle customer enquiries and service requests (phone, email, walk-in)
* Assist in coordinating service and repair jobs
* Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and invoicing
* Liaise with suppliers, technicians, and customers
* Ensure smooth daily operations of the service centre
Requirements:
* Prior experience in admin or customer service
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
