About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Admin to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in the Bukit Batok West Region, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative functions. This position is essential to supporting our business operations and enabling our teams to focus on their core responsibilities. You will be the backbone of our office, managing a diverse range of administrative tasks that directly contribute to the success of our organisation.
Key responsibilities
Managing and maintaining office schedules, calendars and appointments for staff members
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and telephone communications
Preparing and processing administrative documentation, reports and records
Coordinating office meetings, including venue arrangements and materials preparation
Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as required
Providing general clerical support including data entry and filing
Assisting with reception duties and visitor management
Supporting the organisation of company events and activities
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
Liaising with internal departments and external contacts to facilitate smooth operations
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken
Professional approach to handling confidential information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Experience with office management systems or scheduling software is desirable
Customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanour
