We Are Hiring!
We have immediate vacancy for Admin Manager to provide essential administrative and
operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the business. This role will coordinate activities
of internal departments, manage day-to-day office tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the
company. This position will report directly to the Managing Director of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative assistance, including manage staff
Maintain organized filing systems for digital and physical records.
Act as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors. Handle communication on behalf of management when required.
Ensure the office operates smoothly by managing supplies, equipment maintenance, and office-wide communication.
Assist with bi-weekly COE bidding.
Monitor and ensure the timely renewal of company property licenses and staff insurance.
Assist with building maintenance and facilities management.
Review and check all quotations and sales/purchase agreements before submitting them to the MD for approval.
Provide support for projects and assignments as required by Management.
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Working Hours: 5-day work week, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
