Deskripsi pekerjaan Admin Asst S$3.8K, 12 to 18-month, CBD ManpowerGroup

Client: A leading global healthcare and medical technology company dedicated to improving patient care through innovative products and solutions. The company provides strong regional exposure, a collaborative working environment, and opportunities for professional growth within the healthcare industry.

Job Scope:

Front desk duties – handling receiving and dispatching

Manage and monitor pantry stock

Familiarity with Coupa – vendor onboarding, raising PurchaseRequisition, PO creation, Goods Receipt (GR), and invoice submission for payment processing

Grants administration – PurchaseRequisition/PO processes as above

Provide logistics support for onsite events and meetings

General administrative and ad hoc duties as required

Backup support for Sales Admin colleague

Fire warden responsibilities 

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related discipline

Minimum 2 years of administrative/front desk/reception experience, preferably within an MNC environment

Experience in handling procurement and invoicing processes, including PurchaseRequisition, PO, Goods Receipt (GR), and invoice submission

Familiarity with Coupa or similar procurement systems will be advantageous

Good coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Comfortable handling front desk/reception duties and supporting onsite meetings/events

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Meticulous, proactive, and service-oriented mindset

Prior experience within healthcare, pharma, or MNC environments will be advantageous

Willing to take on ad hoc administrative and operational support duties as required 

Additional Information:

Contract duration: 12 to 18-month contract, renewable and convertible to perm

Commencement Date: Immediate

Working days and hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

Location: Mapletree Business City, Singapore 117372
