As an Accounts Manager, you will oversee and manage maintenance operations, coordinate workforce matters, support project-related works, and ensure smooth servicing of comprehensive maintenance contracts.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and service Changi Prison comprehensive maintenance contracts for security doors (CLA, CLB, TMP, CGH & C1)

Handle ad-hoc additional works including quotations, mini projects, and service support

Manage workforce-related matters and coordinate daily operational activities

Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution

Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to requirements and standards

What We’re Looking For

Experience in maintenance, engineering, or mechanical-related works

Basic knowledge of building and construction works

Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings

Good documentation and filing skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good coordination, planning, and organisational abilities

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Leadership and supervisory capabilities

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
