Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with data sanitisation and validation to ensure data accuracy
• Compile and consolidate financial data from various sources for reporting
• Automate repetitive Excel tasks using VBA to improve workflow efficiency
• Perform document filing, organisation, and retrieval
• Maintain orderly records of both digital and physical financial documents
• Support data analysis tasks under the guidance of the Finance team
• Assist with ad-hoc finance-related and administrative tasks as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP)
• Strong proficiency in Excel VBA for automation and data processing
• Background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and record-keeping skills
• Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 6 months
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
