Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our close-knit team. You will play a key role in managing the accounting functions, supporting the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Data entry of invoices, payments, and receipts into accounting system.
• Prepare and process supplier invoices and staff claim with proper supporting documents and approvals.
• Prepare and issue invoices, monitor outstanding payments and follow up on payments closely with tenants.
• Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
• Maintain and ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records digitally and physically.
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
• Support the administration of government grant applications.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes where required.
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficient in QuickBooks; proficient in Microsoft Office.
