Accounts Executive (Full-Time)

Location: Changi (43 Changi South Ave 2, Singapore 486164)

Basic Salary: S$3,500 toS$4,300 + Transport Allowance, VB, AWS

Working Hours: 5 days, 08:30am to 05:30pm

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, month-end closing, and preparation of financial statements

Prepare tax computations, compile tax-related information, and support submission of financial/tax reports to relevant authorities

Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decision-making

Maintain and enforce internal controls, accounting policies, and system access controls to prevent fraud and errors

Support annual audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and response to auditors’ queries

Perform account reconciliations, variance analysis, and resolution of accounting discrepancies

Extract and analyze financial data using accounting systems to support reporting and management requirements

Perform any ad-hoc or administrative duties as reasonably assigned by the Group Finance Manager

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline

Minimum 2 years of experience in handling full set of accounts

Basic knowledge of Singapore tax and GST requirements preferred

Strong understanding of AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation and month-end closing processes

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Good communication skills and ability to liaise with auditors, vendors and internal stakeholders
