About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join our team at MARY CHIA HOLDINGS LIMITED' in Lorong Chuan, North-East Region. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for a range of accounting and bookkeeping duties to support the overall financial operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries

Preparing monthly financial statements, reports, and other analyses to track the company's financial performance

Assisting with the month-end and year-end closing processes

Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as suppliers and customers, to resolve financial queries

Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a small to medium-sized business

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
