Job Description & Requirements
- Register sales, purchase invoices & credit notes in accounting software
- Monitor & Maintain books of accounts of the company in an orderly manner.
- Arrange for supplier’s payments
- Prepare & send statement of account for outstanding invoices to customers
- Process job costing
- Calculation of Workers Overtime
- To prepare & submit monthly bank reconciliation statement
- Monthly reports for management reporting
- Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor on time to time basis
- Min relevant Diploma or Certificate in Accounting
- Good analytical & numerical abilities
- Good knowledge of Singapore GST
- Good knowledge of accounting software’s work flow, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Min 3 years relevant experience as an Accountant
