Salary Range:

​Partial Set Accounts: $2,500 – $3,000

​Full Set Accounts: $3,500 – $4,000

​Responsibilities:

​Manage full spectrum of accounting duties, including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.

​Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.

​Maintain organized filing and documentation of all accounting records.

​Prepare and submit IRAS tax filings and GST returns.

​Process payroll and perform timely CPF submissions.

​Manage work pass applications (e.g., WP, SP, EP).

​Assist with inventory ordering and purchasing tasks.

Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and stakeholders.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am–6:00pm
• Work location: Sungei Kadut (Automotive workshop)
• Can start work immediately
