JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide support in both AP & AR functions and assist in month end closing
Prepare sales invoices and shipping documents
Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
Maintain fixed asset register, accounts and audit schedule
Provide sales admin support
Assist in customer orders processing
Assist in daily administrative works
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent
Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
Relevant accounting experiences preferred and experience in full set of accounts is a plus
Candidate with relevant experience will be considered for senior position
Proficient in MS Office
Proficient in SAP software is a plus
Team player with positive working attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous, organized, analytical and detail-oriented
