Job Summary

This role combines bookkeeping and warehouse coordination, requiring a motivated individual to manage financial records and support logistics operations in a dynamic, expanding company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full set of accounts by accurately recording daily financial transactions to ensure up-to-date bookkeeping
• Prepare simple financial reports
• Organize and file accounting documents to maintain proper financial records
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to track and ensure timely order deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to support replenishment activities
• Manage multiple tasks independently to support both accounting and warehouse functions
• Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth operations
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office applications to manage data and reporting
• Apply knowledge of sales processes on various e-commerce platforms to enhance operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with sales on various e-commerce platforms is a value-added skill
