Accounts & Finance Duties:
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping.
Prepare invoices and process payments.
Handle payroll and payroll-related administration.
Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports.
Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation and support GST submission.
Administrative Duties:
Process work permit applications and complete related government documentation to ensure compliance.
Update and maintain of inventory records.
Manage office courier services, equipment and supplies.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles (experience in Engineering or Construction Industry preferred).
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Good understanding of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and statutory compliance.
Able to handle full set of accounts independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and possess a high level of accuracy and accountability.
Good communication skills.
Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to support operational and administrative functions.
