Job Description
BLCK Hospitality is a multi-outlet nightlife and F&B group operating multiple venues across Singapore. We are building a proper finance function to support our growth and need a hands-on Accounts Manager to help oversee the finance and accounting operations across the group.
This is a practical, execution-focused role. You will manage the full accounting cycle across multiple entities, maintain accurate records, and work closely with management on financial reporting, payroll coordination, and operational finance matters.

Responsibilities
* Manage full-cycle accounting across multiple outlet entities — AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation
* Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
* Handle GST filing, CPF submissions, and tax compliance
* Manage Xero across all entities — chart of accounts, entries, reconciliation
* Coordinate payroll inputs — commissions, incentives, deductions, attendance — and liaise with outlet managers
* Reconcile outlet sales, commissions, and operational reports across multiple entities
* Monitor cash flow and flag variance to management
* Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for annual audit and filing
* Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all transactions
* Assist in implementing financial controls and SOPs across the group

Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Accounting; ACCA/CPA part-qualified or finalist preferred
* 3–5 years accounting experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or multi-entity environment
* Proficient in Xero — must be able to set up and manage accounts independently
* Good understanding of Singapore GST, CPF, and employment regulations
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple entities simultaneously
* Able to work independently and maintain accuracy in a multi-entity environment
* Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written) — preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
