Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant cum Office Administrator to manage our daily financial records and ensure the smooth running of our office operations. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate books of accounts, coordinating with our external tax/accounting consultants, and supporting HR and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Financial Support Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate daily financial records; experience with Zoho Books is highly preferred. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage payment processing to vendors and ensure timely collections from clients. Consultant Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for external accounting consultants to ensure periodic closing of books. Audit Support: Assist in preparing schedules and documentation for internal and external audit procedures. Banking: Handle petty cash management and bank reconciliations. Management Accounts: Prepare the management accounts consisting the profit & loss statements, balance sheet. Global Support: Support reporting for group consolidation as a part of the global team 2. Office Administration & Management Facility Management: Oversee office maintenance, utilities, and procurement of office supplies. Documentation: Maintain an organized physical and digital filing system for legal, financial, and operational documents. Workflow Coordination: Ensure office policies are followed and daily operations run efficiently. 3. HR & Operational Support HR Assistance: Support basic HR functions, including maintaining employee records, tracking attendance/leave, and assisting with onboarding. Communication: Handle incoming correspondence and facilitate communication between departments. Serve as the primary contact for the accounting and operational activities for the Indonesia Market. Group responsibility: To liaise with the other team members of the Finance situated across globe, for any inter-company related transactions. Reporting: Should be directly reporting to the Group Accounts Manager. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 2–3 years in a combined accounting and admin role. Software Skills: * Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar cloud-based accounting software. o Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Word. Languages: Native-level proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English. Competencies: o Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting principles and basic tax regulations. o Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
