Deskripsi pekerjaan Yoga Teacher and Creative Marketing Associate Bumi Cinta
We are currently seeking a Yoga Teacher who is also creatively inclined, someone who can both hold space in the shala and express the essence of Bumi Cinta visually and digitally. This is a hybrid role combining teaching, guest engagement, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Yoga & Guest Experience
- Lead regular yoga classes (primarily Hatha / Vinyasa / Yin)
- Support retreat facilitators when needed
- Hold a grounded, welcoming presence for guests
- Help maintain the energy and cleanliness of the shala
- Content & Marketing
- Create simple, refined visual content (Instagram posts, stories, light graphics)
- Capture photo/video content of daily life at Bumi Cinta
- Assist in maintaining a consistent visual identity aligned with the brand
- Support occasional promotional materials for retreats
Requirements
- Certified yoga teacher (200hr minimum preferred)
- Comfortable teaching small groups (English proficiency required)
- Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Ability to take aesthetically aligned photos/videos (phone is fine)
- Self-directed, calm, and responsible
- Genuine alignment with wellness, nature, and community living
