Qualifications :
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in workshop, manufacturing, warehouse, or construction operations.
• Good understanding of workshop operations, material handling, and inventory control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiar with workplace safety regulations.
• Proficient in spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets)
Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise daily warehouse activities.
• Manage material receiving, storage, inventory, and material issuance.
• Coordinate with the Production, QC, and Logistics teams to support operational requirements.
• Supervise workshop personnel, monitor attendance, discipline, and work allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and company procedures.
• Prepare operational and inventory reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
