International Relations Officer
Role Overview:
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with international partners, institutions, and stakeholders to support ICIA’s global expansion and collaboration opportunities.
Job Description:
• Communicate and coordinate with international partners, schools, universities, organizations, and communities.
• Support outreach activities and partnership development across different countries.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential partners.
• Assist in preparing professional communication materials, including emails, partnership proposals, and collaboration documents.
• Follow up on partnership opportunities and ensure effective communication with global stakeholders.
• Support international partners throughout the programs and activities.
• Conduct research on potential partners, markets, and opportunities for global expansion.
• Support global networking activities and international collaboration initiatives.
Required Skills:
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills, follow-up ability, and attention to detail.
• Interest in international collaboration, education, innovation, and youth development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Note: This is a fully online internship and volunteering program focused on learning and real work experience. As such, no financial compensation will be provided. During the program, you are required to be able to be participate online (Remote) and able to dedicate approximately 2 hours per day on working day.
