Job Description
- Perform electrical wiring and cable installation according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Assemble electrical control panels and related components.
- Ensure wiring quality meets company standards.
- Conduct basic inspections and report any defects or abnormalities.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company regulations and safety procedures.
- Support production activities to meet quality and delivery targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK), preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Wiring Operator or Panel Wiring Technician (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have relevant skills).
- Able to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Familiar with electrical tools and measuring instruments.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work as part of a team.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
