About the role
Warehouse Staff (Staff Gudang) is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and goods distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, storage, picking, packing, and goods distribution activities.
- Check incoming and outgoing goods to ensure quantity, condition, and specifications are correct.
- Organize and maintain stock according to designated storage locations.
- Ensure goods are arranged neatly, safely, and according to the FIFO/FEFO system.
- Perform regular stock checks and assist with periodic stock opname.
- Prepare goods for delivery according to orders and required schedules.
- Maintain warehouse documents and administrative records.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety and security procedures.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, missing items, and other warehouse issues to the supervisor.
- Record and update stock movements in Microsoft Excel or the warehouse system/WMS.
- Follow warehouse SOPs and company regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) education; D3 is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, stock opname, and warehouse operations.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel; experience with WMS is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work with operational targets and shift systems if required.
