Wellness Retreat Manager

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a dual role that combines the responsibilities of a Supply Chain Manager and a Wellness Retreat Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, warehouse management, and logistics coordination. They will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the wellness retreat, ensuring a seamless experience for guests through effective vendor management, customer service, and team coordination. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The successful applicant will play a key role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our services while contributing to the overall success of the company.

We are looking for a female candidate with a minimum education level of SMA/SMK. Candidates should have between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, procurement, or related fields. Proficiency in customer service, teamwork, and Microsoft Office is essential, as well as experience in vendor management, inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics. Strong leadership and team management skills are also required.
