A Dome Experience Company in Ubud, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Wellness Facilitator (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
Greet and guide guests into the space with warmth and presence, creating a nurturing and memorable journey from start to finish
Connect with guests after each session, inviting reflection, fostering genuine conversations and building long-term community ties
Collaborate with the design team to craft inspiring, high-vibrational content—including reels, posts and stories—that reflect the essence of our space
Curate and share content that uplifts, educates and aligns with the global wellness and art community
Cultivate authentic relationships both online and offline, deepening our presence within the wellness space
Represent the brand with charisma and heart as well as ensuring a consistent and aligned voice
Co-create innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that reflect our core values, energy and purpose
Requirements:
Indonesia Citizen
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Proven experience working as a Wellness Facilitator or in a related position
A background in wellness practices such as sound healing, yoga, meditation or holistic arts
A naturally extroverted and heart-centered personality—someone who thrives in connection and presence
A grounded yet confident presence capable of holding space and authentically representing the company's brand
Creative energy with an eye for design, storytelling and content that resonates with spiritual and wellness communities
Adaptability and Intuition to flow with evolving situations and dynamic guest needs
Detail-oriented and organized, balancing creative passion with structured time management
Strong interpersonal skills, rooted in empathy, mindfulness and sincere connection
