Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the routine operations of the Shopify website to ensure optimal performance and a good user experience Implement and maintain the website’s design, functionality, and navigation.
- Update product listings, descriptions, images, and prices to keep the online store up-to-date and appealing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions, as well as optimize SEO strategies Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the website or online transactions Proficient in website coding and UI/UX.
Qualifications :
- D3/S1 in IT, Information System, Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail industry/company & e-commerce, experience in fashion retail company is a plus
- Good analytical skills
- Have a very good communication, both oral & written
- Proficiency in using marketplace & social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
