Deskripsi pekerjaan Web3 Marketing Executive Creatory
We are looking for a Marketing player who can identify and execute marketing channels, solutions and ideas that will efficiently drive new users and players to our communities while maintaining a fun but focused atmosphere in Web3 field (Gamefi or NFT, etc)
By joining Creatory’s community team while it’s still in the build-up phase you will have the opportunity to make a big impact with your work and participate in the solidifying and execution of our go-to-market strategy.
The right candidate will be comfortable leading a team and will be tasked with driving the overall strategy for our team of writers to execute across client campaigns. Projects will often involve working closely with our research and creative teams.
A, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and produce high-quality, engaging, and original content through all types of social media platforms;
- Unlock new user growth through product offerings design, content marketing, and social media campaigns;
- Work with the internal team to assist in organizing local/global campaigns and external partners to create content and execute a wide range of campaigns (education, engagement and acquisition growth);
- Work with external partner to develop all around campaign to achieve the business objective
- Plan and assist digital marketing campaigns to drive user growth, engagement and retention;
- Identify specific campaign marketing goals and objectives;
- Share market feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams;
- Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of the local user base and awareness.
- Draft and edit scripts to develop product commercials for Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok etc.
- Inbound lead generation through gated content.
- Content creation for lead nurturing and member engagement.
- Improving organic traffic & prepare the MKT report for the whole campaign.
B, REQUIREMENT:

- A genuine passion for reading, writing, and storytelling
- Ability to write crisp, catchy, and persuasive content that resonates with younger millennials, GenZ
- On top of all GenZ trends, don’t be “ Cheugy”
- Strong command of the English language with an eye for detail and grammatical errors.
- Prior experience in creating engaging content for communities.
- Should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects at a time.
- Understanding/ willingness to learn Web3 ecosystem, crypto space
- A good understanding of social media channels
