Hello 👋 We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help us design a modern, user-friendly, and high-converting website.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for the website using Figma.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Improve user experience by optimizing website navigation, layout, and conversion flow.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Understand SEO best practices and work with the team to recommend page structures and guide SEO-friendly copy placement.
- Maintain a consistent design system and visual identity across the platform.
- Iterate designs based on feedback while meeting project deadlines.
- Work effectively in a remote (work-from-home) environment.
Requirements
- Proficient in Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing website UI/UX projects.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. A strong website UI/UX portfolio is required.
- Good understanding of user experience principles, information architecture, and responsive web design.
- Basic English communication skills (written and spoken).
- High level of creativity with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and the ability to collaborate on website content structure is highly preferred.
- Experience working with developers and preparing developer-ready design files is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing marketplace, SaaS, recruitment, or service-based websites.
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with modern UI trends and accessibility best practices.
