Deskripsi pekerjaan Web Operations Intern Look Media
Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and further develop the company’s existing internal systems, particularly Look Media’s website and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms built on WordPress and Moodle.
- Install, customize, and configure plugins (or other additional features) to ensure optimal functionality aligned with the company’s commercial and operational needs.
- Actively leverage AI development tools (especially Claude) to accelerate development, system modifications, and troubleshooting processes.
- Enhance UI/UX to ensure systems are user-friendly and responsive while maintaining optimal technical performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure web and LMS infrastructure effectively supports the company’s business operations and objectives.
Requirements:
- Final-year student (with no active class schedule) or fresh graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of CMS platforms, particularly WordPress and/or Moodle, including content management, plugin installation, and advanced configuration.
- Comfortable, adaptable, and proactive in utilizing AI tools (such as Claude) to solve technical challenges and improve workflows.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI customization; familiarity with PHP for CMS customization is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Available for a 4–6 month internship and willing to work on-site at Look Media’s Workshop (Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta).
