We're looking for an experienced web designer to join us on a full-time basis. You'll design high-performing, conversion-focused websites and bring brand guidelines to life across multiple projects.
The ideal person has worked agency-side or juggled several clients at once, so switching between brands and hitting deadlines is second nature.
What you'll do
Design clean, modern, high-converting websites and landing pages
Interpret and apply brand guidelines consistently across every touchpoint
Translate business goals into layouts that perform (not just look good)
Collaborate on revisions and iterate quickly based on feedback
Deliver polished, developer-ready designs
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a web designer, ideally across multiple clients or in an agency setting
A strong portfolio showing range and attention to brand consistency
Solid grasp of layout, typography, hierarchy, and responsive design
Ability to build within and faithfully follow brand guidelines
Proficiency in Figma
Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple projects
Nice to have
Understanding of UX principles and conversion optimization
