JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. We are seeking an experienced Web & Mobile Android Developer to help us develop an innovative Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

2. You will work in a dynamic team and collaborate with the HR department to create solutions that meet our business needs.

SKILLS & KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Experience in Web and Android application development.

2. Proficiency in programming languages (HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, Java/Kotlin, etc).

3. Strong understanding of user interface (UI/UX) design.

4. Good communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.

5. Experience with cutting-edge technologies (XAMPP, LAMP , WAMP, etc).

6. Knowledge of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc) are a plus.

7. Experience to develop similar applications (Human Resource) are a plus.

8. Relevant certifications are a plus.

9. Knowledge of Cyber Security (Secure Code) are a plus.

3. Kandidat (Calon Karyawan) yang berhasil lulus dari seleksi melalui Link Google Form akan dijadwalkan untuk Interview secara tatap muka dan pembahasan Kompensasi Benefit.

4. Perusahaan memberikan Offering Letter untuk dievaluasi oleh Kandidat (Calon Karyawan).
