We are seeking a versatile and creative Graphic & Web Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be the visual storyteller for our brand, responsible for crafting stunning digital experiences and compelling marketing materials from concept to execution. You'll bridge the gap between graphic design and web design, ensuring a seamless and beautiful user journey across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
Web & Digital Design: Design and prototype responsive websites, landing pages, email templates, and digital ads that are both visually appealing and user-friendly.
Brand & Print Design: Create and maintain brand consistency across all materials, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional items.
UI/UX Principles: Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive interfaces, user flows, and wireframes.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Asset Creation: Prepare and optimize graphics and assets for web and print, ensuring fast load times and high-quality output.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
Must-Haves:
2+ years of professional experience in graphic and web design.
A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in both web design (websites, UI) and graphic design (branding, marketing materials).
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, primarily the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (or Sketch).
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and web standards.
Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms (implementation and customization).
Excellent eye for layout, color, typography, and composition.
Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points):
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. (This is a huge plus!)
Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
Experience designing for social media platforms and running A/B tests.
