Jobdesc:
- Handle the end-to-end administrative process of vehicle warranty claims, including receiving, processing, submitting, and monitoring claim submissions.
- Verify warranty claim documents against company and manufacturer/principal policies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Input, update, and maintain accurate warranty claim data in the company system, including regular reports and recaps.
- Monitor and follow up on the status of submitted claims, including pending, rejected, incomplete, or discrepant claims, to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments, dealers, workshops, technicians, service teams, manufacturers/principals, and customers to resolve claim-related issues and support a smooth, efficient claim process and high service quality.
Qualifications:
- Have 2–3 years of working experience in Administration, Warranty Claim, After Sales, Automotive Service, or related fields.
- Experience in the automotive industry, especially in vehicle warranty claims, is preferred.
- Familiar with warranty claim processes, policies, and required supporting documents, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Have good data entry, data management, and administrative skills, with the ability to perform basic data analysis, verification, and document validation, as well as manage documents, filing, and administrative procedures.
- Willing to work full-time from the office (WFO), Monday to Saturday (6 days a week), in South Jakarta.
