Job Description:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and delivery activities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain proper stock management in the system.
- Monitor inbound and outbound goods processes to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Conduct regular stock opname/cycle count and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff to achieve operational targets and productivity.
- Ensure warehouse area is organized, clean, safe, and in accordance with company standards.
- Coordinate with related departments regarding shipment schedules and material requirements.
- Prepare routine warehouse operational reports.
- Ensure implementation of SOP, safety regulations, and warehouse security standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or related position.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse/inventory management systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to manage warehouse teams and ensure operational efficiency.
